Shipping & Returns

PlasticTravelBottles.com uses SpeedPost by Singapore Post and its respective partners to ship within Singapore, as well as to the US and its territories and internationally.

We use a flat-rate shipping method to anywhere in the world! For bulk orders, please contact us for a special arrangement.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days. All shipments other than specified will be shipped Air Mail. Normal shipping times in Singapore and neighbouring countries are between 2 and 7 working days. All other international shipments take 6 to 12 working days.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, levies and/or taxes. These are solely the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions regarding duties and/or taxes, please contact your local customs office.

If you require overnight, express or expedited shipments please contact us. Please note: overnight, express or expedited may be delayed by customs and we are not responsible for any delays due to inspection of goods. If you wish to have your order shipped by UPS or any other means, please contact us.
